Provide support to the Kitting area through the movement of material from one area to another.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to operate all forklifts and tuggers in a safe and responsible manner.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and how to complete bills of lading.
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
- Strict adherence to 5S concept.
- The ability to work overtime as scheduled.
Work environment involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions (e.g., working around moving machines in production facilities) and protective clothing or gear such as safety glasses, gloves and safety shoes is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSWork requires some physical strain such as standing and walking in production facility, and lifting of moderately heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
