Interface is seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead agglomeration and continuous mixer operations. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while developing team capabilities and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
You will manage staffing, training, and performance, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to meet departmental targets and drive continuous improvements throughout the plant in Georgia.
