Machine Operator

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour
• Full-time opportunity
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Overtime opportunities available
• Weekly pay

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Load and unload materials and parts safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read, interpret, and follow production schedules, work orders, and instructions
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
