Poly Robot Operator

• Operate and monitor polyurethane robotic equipment and production machinery.
• Load and position materials into equipment as required.
• Monitor the robotic process to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Inspect finished mats for defects, proper size, shape, appearance, and overall quality.
• Make basic equipment adjustments as directed to maintain production and quality standards.
• Remove completed mats from the production line and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Perform routine cleaning of the robotic equipment and surrounding work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing material waste and downtime.
• Work cooperatively with other production team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
