1st Shift- Machine Operator Tufting

• Operate and monitor tufting machinery according to established procedures.
• Load and position materials into the tufting machine.
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished materials for defects, inconsistencies, or other quality issues.
• Follow production specifications, patterns, and work orders.
• Make minor machine adjustments and report mechanical problems or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance department.
• Maintain consistent production rates while meeting quality standards.
• Remove and properly handle completed material from the machine.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Properly use and care for tools and production equipment.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Communicate production concerns, material issues, and quality problems to the supervisor.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with other production employees and departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
