- Operate and monitor polyurethane robotic equipment and production machinery.
- Load and position materials into equipment as required.
- Monitor the robotic process to ensure proper operation and product quality.
- Inspect finished mats for defects, proper size, shape, appearance, and overall quality.
- Make basic equipment adjustments as directed to maintain production and quality standards.
- Remove completed mats from the production line and prepare them for the next stage of production.
- Identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Perform routine cleaning of the robotic equipment and surrounding work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing material waste and downtime.
- Work cooperatively with other production team members and supervisors.
