Key Responsibilities:- Set up, operate, and adjust calender machinery per product specs
- Feed and monitor materials to ensure consistent quality and thickness
- Inspect finished products and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate production records
