First Baptist Church on the Square in LaGrange, Georgia, is seeking a Student Pastor to lead and rebuild its student ministry. This role calls for an evangelistic, self-motivated leader who will personally engage students, teach with clarity, and partner with parents and volunteer leaders to grow a ministry rooted in trust and discipleship.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Teach and lead weekly student ministry gatherings (Sunday School, Wednesday nights, etc.)
* Build evangelistic momentum and grow student attendance
* Recruit, train, and mobilize volunteer leaders and parents
* Manage the ministry calendar and lead large-scale events (like community-wide D-Now)
* Partner with other church ministries and area student pastors### About First Baptist Church on the Square God has been faithful to First Baptist Church on the Square for nearly two centuries. Founded in 1828 and located in the heart of downtown LaGrange, Georgia, the church stands as a vibrant center for worship, discipleship, and service.
