We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our LaGrange, GA location. As a Management Trainee, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage team members, and ensure adherence to company standards in customer service and food quality. You will collaborate with team members to implement operational strategies, track inventory, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Additionally, you will assist in scheduling, budgeting, and building team morale to achieve business goals and deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Organization and project management abilities, including time management and handling multiple responsibilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or customer service is preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
