Prepares nutritious and delicious food for Well Star Patient Meal Service, Retail Service and/or other satellite areas utilizing recipes and conventional and/or cook/chill production methods, equipment or tools;
Ensures HACCP and local health department guidelines are followed; adheres to safety/sanitation standards;
Manages time to prepare multiple recipes, possibly under high-volume demands;
Follows recipes, measures ingredients, and maintains equipment and station setup;
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and monitors food temperatures
