** 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.

Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.

You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.

Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.#

** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Graduate or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Creative thinking
* Ability to maintain composure under pressure#
** Essential Job Functions
*** Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register
* Occasionally ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
* Frequently position self to kneel, bend twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
