Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
The Coordinator role is a growth-oriented position designed to support Account Managers while building the skills, experience, and market knowledge necessary for advancement into an Account Manager role. This position plays an active role in developing and executing sales strategies within an assigned territory, contributing directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound outreach and relationship-building efforts, understanding customer needs, and communicating product and service value through presentations, proposals, and other sales activities. The Coordinator will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and feedback to support pipeline development and continuous improvement of sales processes.
This role collaborates closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Coordinator will also stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments, and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. High performance in this role provides a clear foundation for progression into an Account Manager position.

- Ability to read and interpret construction documentation is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
