What you’ll do
  • Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Set sales goals and work to meet and surpass targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
  • Provide concierge service by recommending dining, attractions and holiday packages.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Engage potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing benefits of vacation packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service.
  • Implement Hilton’s sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to exchange strategies and foster collective achievements.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Previous sales experience preferred (commission‑based in luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Enthusiastic, can‑do personality.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales‑related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year hospitality or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work on‑site at Great Wolf Lodge.
