Your Role:
As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you'll connect with clients to understand their needs and help guide them toward solutions that provide security and peace of mind. You'll work with both business owners and individual clients, creating a positive and supportive experience throughout the process.
- Build relationships with businesses and individual clients with care and attention.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to identify the best insurance solutions.
- Present and enroll clients in supplemental insurance programs.
- Follow up to ensure clients feel supported and valued.
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to grow your skills and confidence.
- Comprehensive training and hands-on mentorship.
- Licensing assistance and reimbursement to help you get started.
- A supportive, service-focused team environment.
- Unlimited earning potential with commission-based pay (average $65,000–$85,000 annually for entry-level agents).
- Optional base draw during your first 6 weeks to support your transition.
