Job Summary
Must be able to work independently as necessary. This position will involve travel to Mountville branch locations. Install, troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment (including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic systems) such as mills, industrial carpet printers, HVAC, roofs, chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, etc. Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment. Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out procedures when necessary.
Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for industrial machinery or equipment and measuring instruments. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Use electric meters, a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Initiate corrective and preventative action within the scope of your responsibility. Be a catalyst of positive change to improve mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR).
Use CMMS system to track and gather information on maintenance activities. Keep work area and tools clean and orderly.

- Ability to travel to other branch locations, sometimes on short notice
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Two (3) years of industrial maintenance experience is required, five (5) or more years of experience preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
- Mechanical ability to complete tasks such as replacing motors, repairing plumbing issues, etc.
- Two (3) years minimum experience with industrial electricity, VFDs and PLCs a must
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Capable of working flexible hours, overtime when necessary
- Knowledge of 5S or Lean manufacturing principles
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge desired
- Experience with CMMS software
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with other employees, departments and branches

- Salary: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on experience
