Sensigreen Heating, Cooling & Insulation – LaGrange Division is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Commercial Project Lead Installer to join our Commercial Projects Team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast‑paced commercial construction environment.

Location:
LaGrange, GA (Projects throughout the Southeast)
- Lead installation of commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessories
- Interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and submittals to execute accurate installations
- Coordinate daily tasks with project managers, GCs, and other trades
- Ensure all work complies with code, manufacturer requirements, and Sensigreen quality standards
- Oversee and mentor installation helpers and junior technicians
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Complete daily reports, equipment start‑ups, and installation documentation
- Assist with project planning, material needs, and field problem‑solving
- Represent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites
- 3+ years commercial HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, duct systems, and refrigerant piping
- Ability to lead crews and manage field workflow
- Familiarity with commercial construction schedules and coordination
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftops
- Strong communication and leadership skills
