Perform daily HVAC and refrigeration repairs and preventative maintenance;
Inspect and service commercial HVAC systems including but not limited to direct expansion, chilled water systems, cooling towers, and associated equipment;
Maintain and operate direct digital and pneumatic controls and associated components;
Conduct miscellaneous facility repairs and participate in on-call and weekend rotations;
Ensure documentation and CMMS updates are completed in a timely manner
