• Conduct pest control inspections and apply control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation and ensure quality and safety.
• Assist with light construction, minor repairs, and replacements related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide guidance.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, setting up and building exclusion traps.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and participate in training.

• Work around animals, insects, and termites.
• Operate in tight, confined spaces (basements, attics, crawl spaces).
• Build exclusion traps, cut flashing, and install hardware cloth.
• Remove animals trapped in exclusion devices.
• Use a safety harness on rooftops when required.
• Complete production forms documenting services.
• Work safely near mechanical parts, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain balance on narrow, slippery, or moving surfaces.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and keep equipment clean.

• Clean shaven face (for rebreather fit).
• High school diploma or GED; related experience, training, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for product label calculations.
• Required licenses or certifications (covered by the company).
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.
