Maintain and repair residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems including direct expansion, commercial chilled water systems, cooling towers, water coolers, refrigerators, freezers, and associated equipment;
Perform preventative maintenance and repair on large air movers and direct digital/pneumatic controls;
Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and materials and manage documentation in CMMS;
Conduct inspections and repairs of HVAC mechanical spaces and above-ceiling fire/smoke walls to code;
Work weekend and on-call shifts as needed
