Maintenance Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and evaluations of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum, or vibration, and features like wear and replacement of expendables such as belts, hoses, fluids, and filters;
Perform preventative maintenance, including diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus and systems such as HVAC equipment, fire life safety systems, plumbing, and electrical systems;
Repair systems and apparatus, which may include tasks like rebuilding pumps, steam traps, valves, electrical, pneumatic solenoid devices, painting walls, fixing leaks and stoppages in plumbing, and maintaining electrical controls and distribution systems;
Perform administrative tasks such as parts ordering, PO# creation, vendor management, and attending job meetings/project meetings;
Document work results in the CMMS, analyze findings, and recommend updates to the PM list
