Automotive Diesel Mechanic | $36-42 + /hr DOE | Full Benefits | Dulles, VA
We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Dulles‑based fleet service team. If you’re a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high‑paying operation, we want to talk.
ScheduleFull‑time, Monday – Friday 5 am‑1:30 pm
Pay & Benefits- $36‑42 + /hr DOE (Hourly, not flat rate)

- Bi‑weekly pay and national growth opportunities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas‑powered trucks, vans, and medium/heavy duty vehicles (Isuzu trucks, Chevy van, Sprinters)
- Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
- Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment
- Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions
- 3‑4 years’ experience as a diesel or fleet mechanic
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and own tool
- Must pass background check
- Strong accountability and customer service mindset
