Maintain and repair residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including direct expansion and chilled water systems;
Perform preventative maintenance and PM documentation in CMMS;
Respond to daily service requests and manage parts requisitions;
Assist in basic facility repairs such as lamping, light plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed;
Work weekend and on-call shifts on a rotating basis
