Dispatcher

• Manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers.
• Oversee the application of appropriate DOT standards, including reporting and scheduling.
• Support customer service and sales goals of the business unit.
• Maintain knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and customers.
• Work with delivery area knowledge.

Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment.
• Customer service and dispatch training is a plus.
• Experience applying knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Working knowledge of the delivery area.
• Strong communication skills.

Base Pay Range: $53,489.00 - $73,547.10. Salary may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
