We're Hiring:
Warehouse Supervisor | Industrial Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a background in industrial manufacturing
? We're looking for a hands‑on leader to oversee warehouse operations, drive process improvements, and lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Location: LaGrange, GA

Employment Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Manage and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order picking, shipping priorities, and inventory accuracy.
  • Supervise cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Generate operational reports and analyze inventory and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Review employee time records, overtime, and time‑off requests using an ERP system.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members while providing ongoing training.
  • Coordinate material movement using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain work instructions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Dynamics 365 (AX) is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in industrial machinery manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in foundry, blasting, shot peening, heavy equipment, metal fabrication, or other industrial manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.
