Pay Rate: $16.90/Hour, Plus Tips opportunity!

The Valet is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, promptly retrieving their vehicles, maintaining organized records of parked vehicles, and ensuring safe and efficient parking.

• Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles
• Return customer vehicles upon request in a timely fashion
• Greet customers in a courteous manner; provide Premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help
• Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services
• If applicable at the location, accept cash payments for valet services
• Work independently and as part of the team
• Observe safety precautions at all times
• Accurately use claim check process to return the correct vehicle to each guest
• Follow all procedures and policies to ensure the safety of all employees and guests
• Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

• High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have valid CA Driver’s License
• Clean “MVR” Motor Vehicle Report
• Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
