This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Kitchen Designer located in Laguna Beach, CA. The candidate will collaborate with clients to design high-end kitchen spaces, translate client needs into creative design solutions, and provide accurate, detailed technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities also include guiding customers through the design process, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating with manufacturers and contractors to ensure flawless execution.

• Experience in Kitchen & Bath Design, including creating technical drawings for luxury cabinetry and functional layouts.
• Background in Customer Service and adeptness at understanding and responding to client needs and expectations.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to guide clients through design consultation and purchasing decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of Cabinetry materials, finishes, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or similar programs is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Kitchen industry experience required.
