There are two positions available, one at El Morro Elementary and one at Top of the World Elementary (4.25 hours per day /5 days per week/10 Month Academic Calendar). Candidates not selected for these positions may be considered for day-to-day substitute opportunities. 10-month academic employees are not required to work during the first and second winter breaks, spring break, and summer break periods.
However, employees have reasonable assurance of returning to employment after each recess/break period during the traditional school work calendar unless notified in writing. Reporting hours are to be determined. Hours are subject to change at any time based on the needs of the student body. District Benefits include: 16 Paid Holidays/1 Floating Holiday 1 Vacation Day per Month 1 Sick Leave Day per Month This position qualifies for 50% shared cost of health and welfare benefits.
