We provide implementation, customization, integration, and support for Epicor Kinetic, Zoho, Net Suite, Sugar
CRM, and Celigo. Our experience spans across manufacturing, aerospace, tooling, machinery, HVAC, chemicals, publishing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, nonprofits, law firms, advertising, and call centers. We also deliver Celigo integrations for Net Suite and Workato (Epicor Automation Studio) integrations for Epicor Kinetic. For teams without internal bandwidth, we offer full staff augmentation and handle everything end‑to‑end: project management, data migration, workflows, development, deployment, training, and support.
Our monthly support plans provide access to senior on‑shore consultants at predictable, set pricing—helping customers stay on budget with no surprises. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laguna Beach, CA, for an Epicor Operations Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Epicor Kinetic solutions, analyzing business operations, managing workflows, and overseeing the full lifecycle of projects. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients to define and meet their needs, data migration, process optimization, providing training, and offering technical support post-implementation.
Qualifications- EPICOR KINETIC IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective business solutions.
- Proficiency in consulting and operational management to optimize processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Experience in customer service, providing hands‑on support, and resolving client issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic, data migration processes, and enterprise software integrations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
