Position: Funnel Strategist (1)

About This Role

As a Funnel Strategist, you'll play a key role in the optimization of marketing funnels, landing pages, and offers, bringing a mix of behavioral insight, direct response thinking, and a curiosity for conversion-focused experimentation.

You'll be a core contributor to building and refining high-performing landing pages, crafting compelling offers, and reducing friction across the buyer journey. Working within the marketing team and closely with design, copy, and media buying, you'll support performance improvements across every stage of the funnel, from first touch to final conversion.

This role blends conversion psychology, funnel architecture, offer testing, and hands‑on execution using tools like Unbounce, Word Press, Click Funnels, Everflow, and Replit. You should have solid instincts for persuasive messaging, a working understanding of user behavior, and a genuine curiosity for testing what works.

Responsibilities:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Performance

  • Analyze full‑funnel performance using key metrics (CTR, bounce rate, drop‑off points, CVR, AOV, LTV).
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests across headlines, offers, layouts, form fields, and CTAs.
  • Translate test results into clear insights and iterate based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to test new hooks, page structures, and creative formats.

Landing Page & Funnel Development

  • Build and optimize landing pages using tools like Unbounce, Click Funnels, and Word Press.
  • Ensure mobile‑first design, fast load times, and seamless UX across devices.
  • Apply persuasive design principles and usability best practices to drive conversions.
  • Maintain and contribute to page templates, conversion assets, and offer layouts across products and verticals.

Experimentation & Testing

  • Execute conversion experiments from hypothesis and wireframe through to launch and post‑test analysis.
  • Work cross‑functionally with design, copy, and dev to deliver tests on time and within scope.
  • Help document tests, learnings, and performance impact in a structured and repeatable way.
  • Contribute to conversations around which funnel improvements to prioritize based on effort vs. impact.

Offer Design & Messaging

  • Develop, refine, and test offers that align with customer intent and pain points.
  • Collaborate with strategy and product teams on pricing structures, bonus stacking, urgency elements, and guarantee structures.
  • Support messaging consistency across funnel touchpoints (ads, LPs, email, retargeting) that reinforce the value proposition.

Funnel Architecture & Marketing Automation

  • Contribute to the design and documentation of end‑to‑end funnel flows for campaigns, upsells, and lead‑gen initiatives.
  • Implement automation workflows across tools like Zapier, Make, and Go High Level  to reduce manual lift.
  • Support integration of CRM, email, and retargeting logic to maintain consistency across touchpoints.
  • Participate in periodic funnel audits and competitive teardowns for insights and inspiration.

AI Integration

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate copy iteration, landing page ideation, and funnel optimization.
  • Contribute to AI workflows that improve team speed and output quality.
  • Stay curious about AI developments and flag opportunities to bring new tools into existing processes.
Experience & Education
  • Experience: 3+ years in a marketing role with a proven track record in an in‑house or agency environment.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent work experience.
