Contractor Sales Manager

Ganahl Lumber Laguna Beach is looking for a Contractor Sales Manager to lead a dynamic and growing sales team. • Proficient computer skills
• Products and supply line experience
• Contributor to running a facility; must be all in
• Run at a fast pace while maintaining composure in high‑pressure environments
• Lead by example in hospitality, sales, and professionalism
• Track record of developing sales professionals
• Ability to grow sales
• Knowledge of lumber and building materials
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training sales professionals
• Experience in creating long‑term, trusted relationships with builders/customers
• Sales experience and/or sales management experience
• The commitment to work an average of 50 hours per week

Ganahl Lumber Company is the oldest lumberyard and hardware supply store in California. Since 1884, we have been a family‑ and employee‑owned business providing building supplies and hardware for pro contractors and DIY enthusiasts alike. Our product range includes lumber, tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors, and windows. With 11 convenient store locations, we serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
