As a Security Officer - Gated Community Access Control Full-Time in Laguna Beach, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a prestigious commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.15 / Hour

Location: Laguna Beach, California

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to deter suspicious activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual conditions observed during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and requests specific to the location.
• Support emergency response efforts as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific procedures.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
