OC Shuttle Floater

Position Summary

OC Shuttle Floater at LAZ Parking California, LLC. Full‑time position in Orange County. Base pay $27.00–$30.00 per hour, temporarily $30.00 per hour during the summer peak season (June–September). Travel to multiple locations in the region.

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Greet, engage, and thank passengers at all times (G.E.T. 100).
• Assist passengers during boarding and exiting, including ADA passengers.
• Load and unload passengers and employees to designated destinations.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team to maximize productivity.
• Perform daily tasks as a professional driver.

• At least 1 year of Class A or B licensed passenger driving experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a regular Class C license.
• Class C CDL license with proper endorsements.
• Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully pass a DOT physical examination.
• Air brakes competency.
• Medical certification.
• Recent passenger commercial vehicle driving experience.
• Open availability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work at all locations affiliated with the region.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• K-4 DMV printout issued within the last 30 days (required).
• Live Scan required.
• Visible tattoos must be covered; professional appearance required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with proper endorsement(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, or squat frequently.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.).
