Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious, handcrafted breads? Our bakery is looking for a dedicated Bread Baker to join our team. In this role, you will mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. This is an overnight baking position (10:00 pm to 6:30 am). $500 signing bonus after successful completion of 90-day Introductory Period.
Responsibilities- Prepare doughs and bake breads according to established recipes and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor ovens and adjust baking processes as needed for consistent results.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new bread varieties.
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
