Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Change Order Process and be proficient in use of QCBD, QAD and associated systems
  • CAPA Administration – Ensure CAPA files are current. Follow up with CAPA owners to ensure CAPA activities are completed per agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate completion of biennial reviews for all quality system procedures
  • Maintain the Training Program
  • Review and audit Planned Deviations for completeness
  • Assist in Internal/External Audits as a part of the audit team/backroom, as applicable
  • Action Item Administration – ensure action items are completed per plan
  • Recommend, plan and assist execution of various Quality System improvement initiatives
  • Maintain work activities in compliance with applicable Quality System procedures and company policies
  • Perform related duties as proposed and agreed upon with supervisor
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • Must have at least 5+ years experience in a medical device quality system environment.
  • Understanding of GMP and ISO Quality Systems requirements with respect to control of documentation
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to carry out assignments to completion
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree preferred

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Compensation and Benefits

We pay competitively. The hourly rate for this position is $32.46, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation such as annual or commission bonuses may be available.

Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, disability, 401(k), CA paid sick leave, and paid time off.
