Qualifications:

* Sales experience highly preferred
* Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
* Have computer experience and good organization skills
* High school diploma required; college degree preferred
* Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
* Possess a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record
* Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually.
