Provide customer service at a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Respond to incidents, medical assists and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support when needed.;
Control access by monitoring entrances, checking credentials as required and directing patients, visitors and staff to appropriate areas in accordance with site rules.;
Document patrols, incidents and observations in written and/or electronic reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
