Orthodontic Lead Assistant OA or RDA

• Assisting chairside with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
• Leading and supporting clinical team members
• Ensuring smooth clinic flow and efficient scheduling
• Training and mentoring assistants as needed
• Maintaining high standards for infection control and organization
• Helping create an exceptional patient experience

• Prior orthodontic assisting experience required
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Natural leadership ability and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable, organized, and proactive
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
