We are seeking a seasoned House Manager who brings maturity, initiative, and a collaborative presence to our home. This is a trusted, long-term role for someone who takes pride in excellence, thrives in a high-functioning environment, and genuinely enjoys creating calm, beauty, and efficiency behind the scenes.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-starting individual with a great eye for aesthetics who can help organize and maintain our home while creating a warm, positive atmosphere. You will take ownership of household systems, tackle day-to-day tasks, and ensure everything is running smoothly. Whether it's meal prep, managing inventory, coordinating with decorators, or organizing our family's spaces, you'll help relieve the mental load that comes with balancing work, family, and life.

We need someone who will bring a warm, caring energy to our home, especially in connecting with our kids. You'll know how to engage with them in a fun and loving way, while still keeping them on track with their schedules. Strong communication is key—whether it's managing the home's needs or providing updates on tasks and priorities, or planning out the upcoming week, staying connected is key in our fast-paced lives.

You should be someone who can anticipate needs, be resourceful when issues arise, and be comfortable making suggestions for improvement. We are also open to creative ideas for meal prep, focusing on healthy, balanced options that cater to our family's preferences.
