This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, boutique fitness, or beauty who enjoys guest interaction, light sales, and maintaining impeccable brand standards.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver the Lashiqué Signature Guest Experience from check-in to check-out
- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Offer hot towels, beverages, and guide guests through their visit
- Present the service menu and introduce enhancement opportunities
- Communicate seamlessly with estheticians to support smooth appointment flow, especially if a provider is running behind
- Assist with light treatment room setup when needed to keep services on schedule
- Manage client check-in and check-out using our spa scheduling and POS system (Boulevard)
- Process payments, memberships, packages, and retail purchases accurately
- Present monthly promotions, featured services, and limited-time offers to every guest
- Assist clients with downloading and navigating the Lashiqué app
- Support clients with in-app shopping and account questions
- Demonstrate and sample skincare and retail products in a natural, consultative way
- Educate guests on products used in their service and recommend home-care solutions
- Support retail sales, service enhancements, memberships, and packages
- Stay knowledgeable on all current promotions, services, and brand offerings
- Maintain showroom-level cleanliness of the lobby, front desk, restrooms, and high-touch areas
- Ensure candles are lit, music is set, and ambiance meets Lashiqué brand standards
- Restock beverages, towels, retail displays, and guest supplies
- Assist with light room resets when needed
- Support a calm, elevated spa flow during busy periods
- Use Lashiqué-approved language and brand tone to ensure a consistent luxury experience
- Handle guest questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Communicate clearly with the team and leadership to support daily operations
- Share guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

- Competitive hourly pay, $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience
