Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, community policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize visitor access, and document deliveries, vendors, and other authorized traffic entering the location;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating relevant details to supervisors, management, and/or emergency personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the community, including common areas, gates, and perimeter locations, as assigned by site procedures;
Support security-related operations by observing unusual activity, reporting maintenance or property concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations
