We are looking for a motivated Software Developer with an interest in full stack and AI development to join our platform engineering team.

This position is based in the the company office in Richmond Hill, Canada.

We are looking for an individual with a foundational understanding of software engineering and a strong desire to build skills in full stack and AI development. You are eager to learn and contribute within a supportive team of experienced engineers.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will contribute to the development and integration of AI capabilities and robust backend services. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a highly scalable, reliable, and intelligent platform.

• Learning about business, product, and technical challenges with a curious and analytical mindset.
• Assisting in the implementation of full stack and AI-driven software components within our cloud platform.
• Actively participating in problem-solving and contributing to solutions as part of a team.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team to deliver on team goals and the product roadmap.
• Collaborating with team members across different geographies.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge and practical experience withREACT or Angular,Java (Spring Boot) and Python for application development.
• Understanding ofmicroservices architecture andAPI development principles.
• Exposure to frontend and backend development withREACT,Spring Boot and testing frameworks likeJUnit.
• Interest in/or academic exposure to AI concepts, with a desire to work with technologies like
  
  LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and core services.
• Basic understanding ofcontainerization (Docker) andCI/CD concepts.
• A focus on writing clean, testable code and a growing understanding ofscalability and security principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a team-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
