UPS Laguna Hub in Laguna, CA is seeking a part-time Preload Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of tasks.
You will lead daily activities, facilitate training, conduct meetings, coordinate evaluations, and uphold UPS's ethical standards.
Requires ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to 5 days/week, strong problem solving and communication skills;
Bachelor's degree preferred; management experience preferred.
