Summary
The Administrative Assistant - Guest Services, Security & Telecommunications will assist in the daily operations of the Guest Services, Security, and Telecommunications departments by providing administrative support to the management teams. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and able to problem solve, multitask, and complete projects in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Daily organization and maintenance of the Guest Services, Security, and Telecommunications office areas
- Weekly scheduling support for Guest Services, Security, and Telecommunications associates
- Weekly payroll processing
- Ordering and maintaining office and departmental supplies
- Printing, filing, and maintaining departmental documentation, reports, and logs
- Assisting with incident reports, lost and found documentation, and safety records
- Supporting Telecommunications administrative needs, including documentation and reporting
- Updating department communication boards and logs
- Daily communication with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Assisting with training documentation and monthly training topics
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to department leadership teams
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Open availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27 - $29 per hour.
