Layton Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to manage daily site operations, scheduling, procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment on our Lahaina project in Hawaii. You will supervise direct labor, coordinate with the Project Manager, and oversee any contracted work to ensure on-time completion.
You will develop look-ahead schedules, review subcontractor scopes, and communicate progress to clients while maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.
