Organize and process guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, changes, and cancellations.;
Secure payment, verify and adjust billing, and complete cash handling and closing reports.;
Activate and file room keys; process wake-up calls; relay messages to appropriate departments.;
Provide guests with information about property amenities, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.;
Follow up on outstanding requests from the previous day and review daily reports/logs.
