Teller; Lahaina Branch

Job Description

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused and team-oriented Teller to join our Lahaina Branch.

The salary range for the role is $20.00 - $23.50/hour (commensurate with experience) + an additional premium of $3.00/per hour; plus sales incentives.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM;
Rotational Saturday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (hours may vary).

As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services
