Teller – Lahaina, Maui (Full-Time)

Pay & Benefits: $20.00–$23.50 per hour, based on experience; an additional $3.00 per hour premium and sales incentive opportunities.

Schedule:

Full‑time position. Monday–Friday: 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Rotational Saturdays: 8:30AM – 1:30PM. Hours may vary based on branch needs.

As a Teller, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while accurately processing a variety of banking transactions. This role offers the opportunity to assist a diverse customer base and build lasting relationships through personalized service and financial guidance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate product and service recommendations.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Support branch sales and service goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable discussing and recommending products and services to customers.
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
