PBX Operator

Marriott is hiring a PBX Operator to manage our hotel's internal and external phone communications. In this role, you will operate a multi-line PBX system, promptly answer calls, route guests and staff to the right departments, and respond to general inquiries with professionalism and warmth. You'll handle wake-up calls, emergency and service requests, and document messages accurately. Working closely with front office and guest services, you support a smooth, guest-focused operation.
