Banking Consultant -Maui

Bishop & Company is seeking a Banking Consultant for a client company at their Kahana Branch on Maui.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a branch banking environment
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with banking products and services, including account openings and maintenance
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals and product recommendations
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking products, services, and digital tools
• Handle confidential customer information with professionalism and discretion
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented branch environment

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of sales and service experience required
• 2 years of cash‑handling experience required
• 2 years of customer service, referrals, or sales experience required
• Retail or branch banking experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable using digital banking technology
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and quick learner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm;
  Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm (hours may vary)
• Pay: $21.50–$25.50 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus $3.00/hour premium and sales incentives
