Hourly Pay Rate: $28.50
Schedule is 5 days/week which includes AM, PM, and weekend shifts

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the overall operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at the Ka’anapali Ali’i. This role bridges the connection between the housekeeping team and property operations, and guest service departments to uphold our brand promise: “Serve from the heart and Empower Experiences.
Qualifications- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping Manager and team.
- Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and assignment sheets to ensure efficient use of staff resources.
- Handle guest and owner requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance, Guest Services, Front Office and ensure timely turnover of residences.
- Track and report on unit status, productivity, and quality performance metrics.
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and recognition efforts of the housekeeping team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems (experience with PMS systems preferred.)
- Previous experience in hospitality operations or housekeeping administration preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork and delivering excellence required.
- You must have the ability to manage time effectively.
- Must work with minimal supervision and be proactive in approach to problem resolution.
